TERMS & CONDITIONS.

We try our best to provide the best quality products and will do our best to rectify any problems but please note the following points:

 

Timber is a natural product and is liable to warping, shrinkage, splitting and different colour variations. This may happen as the timber is exposed to elements such as hot and cold weather and humidity. Please be aware that this is not a defect and in most cases will not affect the strength and longevity of the timber.

 

Any hairline cracks in concrete products will not affect the strength.

Concrete products should be handled with care once delivered. No responsibility will be taken for damages which have occurred after the delivery.

 

Please note that when buying natural stone, porcelain paving or concrete paving/ products we cannot guarantee colour. Colours of the same paving stone can vary between batches.

Weathering can cause variations in colour or can cause discolouration’s to appear within the stone. We cannot accept responsibility for any discolouration’s once the stone has already been laid.

 

Deliveries.

All deliveries should be checked to ensure no damage is present and the correct number of items are present.

No responsibility for damages or shortages can be taken when signed for as acceptable. If you sign for the delivery you are accepting the goods as in good condition.

All of our deliveries are to the nearest hardstanding i.e. front garden/ driveway. Under no circumstances will items be carried to the rear of the property.

Please be aware that we reserve the right to amend delivery dates due to the weather, breakdowns and any unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control. We will contact customers as soon as possible if any of the above reasons affects your delivery.

If a delivery time is given please note that this is an estimate. Delivery times are not always guaranteed.

 

Returns and Cancellations.

All returned items will incur a 20% restocking charge unless faulty. We ask that any cancellations be made at least 48 hours prior to deliveries.

 

Made to measure products.

All made to measure items must be paid for upfront and in full. When ordering a made to measure item please be aware that they cannot be returned or refunded and must be signed for when the order is placed.

No responsibility for mis measures can be taken when signed for as correct.
