What time will my order be delivered?

All deliveries are made between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. Because routing and offloading times can vary greatly depending on the materials, we are unable to provide specific timeslots. If you specifically require a morning delivery, please request this when ordering and we will do our absolute best to accommodate it, subject to availability.

What are your lead times for delivery?​

Lead times depend entirely on the materials ordered and our current schedule. While we regularly accommodate same week delivery, please be aware that lead times can be extended during our busy spring and summer peak times. Always ask our trade counter for the most up to date lead time when placing your order.

 

Do I need to be home for the delivery?

​If your order has been fully paid for in advance, you do not need to be home. Our driver will carefully offload your materials in the safest, most accessible spot at the front of your property.

 

Will the driver take materials into my back garden?

No. For safety, access and insurance reasons, all deliveries are strictly kerbside or to the immediate front of the property/driveway. Our drivers cannot carry materials around the back of houses, through narrow gates or over rear fences.
