How do I place an order?

While we do not operate an online web shop, placing an order with us is quick and easy. You can order using any of the following three methods:

• By Phone: Call our team directly on 01709 877784 during our standard opening hours.

• By Email: Send your order details, product requirements and contact information to info@peplows.com. A member of our team will get back to you shortly to confirm your order and arrange payment.

• In Store: Visit us in person at Peplows, Wath upon Dearne, Rotherham, S63 7FU, where our staff will be happy to assist you on the spot.

Tip: When ordering by email, please include the specific item names, quantities and your preferred contact number so we can process your request as quickly as possible!

 

Can I pay securely over the phone?

Yes. You can place your order and pay securely over the phone using a credit or debit card by calling our trade counter on 01709 877784.​

 

Do you sell to the general public or just the trade?

Yes, absolutely! We warmly welcome both trade professionals and the general public. Whether you are a local landscaper picking up a full lorry load or a homeowner tackling a weekend garden project, our yard is open to everyone and our team is always on hand to offer helpful advice.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept almost all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, debit cards, Apple Pay, and BACS bank transfers, as well as cash. Please note that we do not accept American Express (AMEX).

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes, cash on delivery is available but only for smaller order amounts. For health, safety, and security reasons, our delivery drivers cannot carry large amounts of cash on their vehicles. Large orders must be paid in full via card or bank transfer before your delivery leaves our yard.
