Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, all prices shown on our website include VAT. The price you see on the product page is the final amount you will pay. 

 

Do you offer trade credit accounts?

​​We do operate trade credit accounts but we are currently at capacity and are not taking on new applications at this time. However, we do offer excellent trade discounts for regular builders and landscapers. Please speak to our team at the counter to discuss setting up a cash trade discount.

Please note that all orders for non credit trade accounts must be paid in full and upfront at the time of ordering or collection.

 

Who do I contact regarding a billing query or invoice issue?

How long is a price quotation valid for?
Due to rapid fluctuations in global shipping and raw material markets (especially timber and imported stone) our quotes are valid for 7 days. However, because our supplier costs change frequently, all pricing and stock availability are only guaranteed once your order is paid in full. We reserve the right to update material costs on unsubmitted or unpaid quotes if supplier rates change in the meantime.
