Do I need to order in advance or do you keep everything in stock?

We generally keep high stock levels of most landscaping materials across our yard. However because we manufacture our own fence panels, concrete posts and gravel boards right here on site, these high demand items can occasionally run low during our peak, busy periods.

To guarantee your materials are ready and to secure your preferred delivery slot, we strongly recommend placing your order at least 1 week in advance. If you need something urgently, please give our team a quick call to check real time stock levels before travelling to the yard.

 

If I collect, can you load my van or trailer?

Yes, our yard staff are always on hand with forklifts to safely load your vehicle. We can load bulk bags, pallets of paving, fencing and heavy concrete products directly onto flatbeds, trailers or suitable vans.

Please ensure your vehicle has the appropriate weight capacity for the materials you are collecting. For safety reasons, our team can only machine load suitable, open access vehicles and cannot be held responsible for any damage or overloading.

 

Is there a minimum order amount for yard collections?

No. There is no minimum spend or order size if you are collecting directly from our yard. You are welcome to pick up anything from a single bag of postmix to a full truckload of fencing.

 

How long after ordering by phone can I collect?

For items kept in stock, your order will typically be ready for collection right away. For our manufactured fencing products, please wait until our team contacts you to confirm your order is ready before heading down.

 

Can you hold items for me without payment?

No, we cannot reserve or hold any stock without full payment. Due to high demand and limited yard space, items are sold on a first come, first served basis.

To guarantee that your materials are saved and ready for you, you must pay for your order in full either over the phone or in store.
