Visiting the Yard

Do you have a display area where I can see the products before buying?

Absolutely! We’d love for you to come by and take a look. We have a dedicated outdoor display area showcasing our fence panels, concrete gravel boards, decorative stone and popular paving lines. It’s the perfect way to see the real quality and colours up close before making your choice. You’re more than welcome to pop in and browse at your own pace anytime during our standard opening hours.

 

Can I walk around the yard to look at products?

For your safety, we have to ask that customers stick to our dedicated front display area. Because we're a busy working yard with heavy forklift traffic and machinery constantly on the move, the main yard area is strictly for loading vehicles only.

Don't worry though, you won't miss out! We’ve set up a full display right out front by the car park, featuring our fence panels, concrete posts and paving. It’s completely safe and you can browse the quality and colours at your own pace before buying.

 

How does the collection process work when I arrive?

Collecting your materials is quick and simple! To keep things moving smoothly and safely, just follow these easy steps:

• Pop into the shop first: Come in to place your order and pay. The counter team will hand you a pink collection ticket.

• Get your directions: Because different materials are kept in different parts of the yard, our team will show you exactly where you need to drive.

• Drive round for loading: Head to your designated area and hand your pink ticket to our yard team. They’ll take care of the heavy lifting and forklift the items straight onto your vehicle for you!

To keep everyone safe around the heavy machinery, please make sure you visit the shop first before driving into the main yard.

 

Do I need to pre order or can I just turn up?

You are more than welcome to just turn up and buy directly from our shop! We keep a large amount of landscaping stock on hand for immediate purchase and collection.

However, please note that we cannot guarantee 100% stock availability on the day if you don't pre order. This is especially true during our peak busy periods for high demand items like our fence panels, concrete posts and gravel boards.

If you have a specific project date or require a large volume of materials, we always recommend pre ordering.
